Buying Mini Sites

Mini sites are excellent investments because you can set them and forget them.  They are super easy to create and don’t require hours of maintenance.  Do the work once and reap the rewards for years to come.  If you do not want to create your own mini site(s) they are very cheap to have outsourced or you can buy them at auction at incredible prices.  Some of my best website deals have come from online auctions.

When buying (or building) a mini site remember that you are driving people to your site to do ONE thing.   That one thing could be to buy a product, click a link, complete a survey, or sign up for a newsletter.

Choose your domain name wisely.  Try to get a name that includes your target niche keyword phrase.  Also check to see what domains have recently expired, you may get lucky and be able to snag a domain that already has existing links and traffic.
